Terms & Conditions

The EuroScience membership is valid for 365 days after registration and the subsequent payment. With the application for membership, you accept the statutes of the Association.
The EuroScience membership includes a subscription to the Euroscience newsletter.
Students and Ph.D. candidates will be asked to provide EuroScience with a valid document proving their status.

You may cancel the membership at any time, either via Raklet or by sending an email to: membership@euroscience.org or by physical mail at: EuroScience – 1 quai Lezay-Marnésia – 67000 Strasbourg, France. In case of membership cancellation, EuroScience does not refund the membership fee.
EuroScience shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance, in whole or in part, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond EuroScience’s control.

Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the European Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the website and the database have been declared at the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), which is the independent French administrative authority protecting privacy and personal data.

Within this framework all persons registered in the database have a right to access and update the personal information about them and to ask for such information to be modified, rectified, and deleted.

Direct access to the information stored in our database is restricted to Members and staff of EuroScience. The data will, under no circumstances, be used for commercial purposes.

Financial Data Security

EuroScience’s online financial system is secured by a third-party payment processors "Stripe" that uses TLS technology to keep your information safe. When a payment has been made using Stripe, the recipient (EuroScience) does not receive or store sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
